When three forces support each other, synergy occurs! We are once again drawn to the rooms of Kraftwerk. No other off-location is better suited than the old, urban EWZ building.

Themba’s unique sound is forged from his African roots, incorporating local singers, songwriters & percussionists, creating his instantly identifiable take on electronic music. Following successful releases on a string of high-profile labels including Knee Deep In Sound, Saved, Yoshitoshi and subsequently on his own Herd label; his breakout release ‘Who Is Themba?’ remained in the Beatport charts for over a year.

After releasing on numerous high-profile labels and subsequently his own Herd label, his 2021 debut album “Modern Africa Part 1 – Ekhaya” on Armada Music featured a handpicked selection of South Africa’s most talented vocalists, as well as remixers such as Black Coffee and Damian Lazarus.

The line up will be rounded off by our lovely residents Patrischa, Gianni and Mi:cha, as well as Debora Kessler, who we are excited to have on the NK stage for the first time.
