Yes. The correct name must be on your ticket and will be checked at the gate against your ID – this is a security measure we put in place to avoid ticket fraud as well as a COVID requirement at this point in time.

Yes. Name changes can be done through SMEETZ. Please note, selling a ticket for profit, i.e. more than its face value is a breach of the terms and conditions of sale and if we become aware that a person is doing this on any social media platform, eBay or gumtree, we will refer your details to the police.

f you purchased your ticket online, the ticket should be stored permanently with your SMEETZ account / email – however if you cannot find it there please email our team at tickets@nkbookings.com

Under the terms and conditions of sale of our tickets we do not offer refunds for change of mind or circumstances – name changes are possible though, see question above.

If we have to cancel due to COVID-19, we will reschedule the festival and your tickets will roll over to the new dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event you can request a refund on your ticket.

We guarantee refunds of 80% of your ticket in this scenario. The 20% COVID-19 cancellation fee is retained to help cover the many months of planning & investment that goes into making a mammoth 4 days festival happen.

Sadly insurance companies refuse to cover COVID-19 cancellations, so your support is a vote to keep the music & arts industry alive.
